We’re excited to announce our Muay Thai Beginners 101 class – the ideal place for those who are new to the sport and looking for a welcoming, supportive environment to begin their journey. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or just try something fun, this class is your perfect introduction to the world of Muay Thai.
What to Expect:
In Muay Thai Beginners 101, we focus on making the sport approachable for everyone. No prior experience? No problem! This class is designed for absolute beginners. There’s zero intimidation, just a community of friendly faces working together to learn and grow.
Here’s what you can expect in each class:
Fundamentals of Striking: Learn the basic punches, kicks, elbows, and knees that make Muay Thai such an effective and dynamic martial art.
Defense Techniques: You’ll practice blocking, evading, and slipping punches so that you feel more confident and safe as you develop your skills.
Footwork & Stance: Strong footwork is essential in Muay Thai. We'll guide you step-by-step on how to move efficiently, stay balanced, and control your position.
Pad Holding: A key part of training is learning to hold pads correctly. This allows you to work with training partners in a safe, structured way that builds both skill and confidence.

Start Your Journey:
When?Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
Two-Week Pass:To help you get a feel for the class, we offer a two-week pass before you decide if you're ready to join our All Levels classes. This gives you the chance to try out the basics and get comfortable with the techniques before progressing.
If after two weeks you’d like to continue as a beginner, that’s completely okay! You can keep attending Muay Thai Beginners 101 as long as you like. We want you to progress at a pace that’s right for you.

FAQ:
What do I wear? Any comfortable active wear. T-shirt/singlet. If you don’t have Muay Thai shorts, you can get a pair from the gym for around $95.
Just trying it out? Don’t have the gear? We have gear available to purchase at the gym upon your arrival. Alternatively you can borrow a set of gloves to use during your first session. Hand-wraps must be worn and can be purchased at the gym for $30.
