Q: Do I need to start on a Monday?

A: Not at all. You can start on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Every class has a dedicated trainer focused on first-timers, ensuring you get the guidance and attention you need from day one.

Q: What do I wear?

A: Any comfortable active wear (shorts, t-shirt or singlet). When you're ready to commit, you can buy a pair of Muay Thai shorts!

 

Q: Do I need my own equipment?

A: You can borrow a set of gloves to use during your first session. Hand-wraps must be worn and can be purchased at the gym.

 

Q: Can I buy my own equipment?

Absolutely. Our custom-branded Beginner Kit is ideal for first-timers and easy on the budget. It includes gloves and shin guards, with bundle and save options when purchased together.

Q: What to bring?

A: Make sure you bring a towel and a drink bottle to stay hydrated. We also sell drinks you can purchase.
