PRIVATE SESSIONS - CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing the need to cancel or reschedule appointments.

We ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware that you cannot make your private session. 

Policy Details

  1. Cancellation within 24 hours: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require full payment.

  2. Rescheduling: Reschedule can be done with at least 24 hours notice.

  3. No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in full payment being charged.

 

Explanation

Personal training sessions are in high demand, and Kru Pong allocates his time and expertise to accommodate each client's needs. By implementing this policy, we ensure that Kru Pong's time is respected and that his schedule remains organised.

 

Additionally, this policy allows us to maintain fairness to both his other clients who may have wished to book the same time slot. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in adhering to this policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates via email or SMS

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

When you provide us with personal information, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
