What classes can I attend?
You can attend the Beginners 101 Classes. These run every Monday and Wednesday at 7PM

Does the pass have an expiry?
Yes, the Beginners 101 pass is valid for 2 weeks from your chosen activation date (select the start date at check out)

What should I wear?
Any activewear is fine (shorts, tee, singlet). You can grab a pair of Muay Thai shorts from our gym when you're ready.

Do I need gear?
Gloves can be borrowed for class. You must wear hand wraps – available to purchase at the gym.

What should I bring?
A towel (or use your free one!), water to hydrate, and good vibes.

Where do I park?
Plenty of free street parking on all surrounding streets.
